We ship all orders from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa. Every package is carefully wrapped and sealed to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.
Standard Shipping
Express Shipping
South Africa: We ship to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.
International: We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy), and the United States.
Orders placed before 12:00 (SAST) on business days are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Opti Scents purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy
- •Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- •Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- •To initiate a return, email returns@optiscents.co.za with your order number.
- •Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
